I had three door contractors look at my exterior office doors, trying to solve a persistent problem with electric latching & unlatching. One gave up, one proposed complete door replacement. Vortex proposed starting with a modest tune up of the hardware to see if that solved the problem. That did make the doors close and latch reliably, so it was a big improvement. Unlatching was still unreliable, do they came up with a complete package to upgrade the latch system. The techs were friendly and on time. They completed the project on time. My doors now work perfectly. I'll certainly be using Vortex for other projects.

I manage an apartment building and recently, one of our exterior doors stopped latching properly. Called Vortex and they were great. They sent us a quote (an accurate quote) and within just a few days, a couple techs were out fixing the door. Mateo and RJ were awesome. They had the new latch installed in no time. They were also just super cool guys. Very communicative and professional. We will definitely use Vortex again!

Brett was the technician sent by Vortex to our 8 story condo building. He replaced the hydraulic system that is attached to our keyless entry pad as well as our handicap push button. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. Brett also installed a smaller hydraulic bar on a side door. We would definitely use Vortex again and I would ask for Brett to be the service technician.

Vortex crew was amazing to work with! From the from the field managers, office managers and technicians everyone are pleasant to talk to and very patient.
I had a commercial door that didn't lock so good, thought it need to be replaced so I called vortex for a quote knowing a store front door isn't a cheap buy.
When their field manager came to my store he told me that the door can be fixed and we don't need to replace it, in that moment I understood that they are a company that not try to push and sell you things you don't need but they actually come to help you and caring about your business.
After that experience I used them to fixed 2 other doors and a bunch of metal shutters in the same plaza. The technician who arrive (Josef) was amazing, I was very impressed with all of his knowledge, he came, fix everything (even what seems to look like unfixable), and do so with good energies and a smile.
The company I work for owning 4 different plazas and I hope nothing will ever brake but if something will I am feeling confident to have vortex number saved on my phone.

John was a good tech he got us back up running very knowledgeable I would definitely recommend vortex anytime.
