Awesome job. Techs that came out to install my doors were Esteban and erick.

I had the wind smash the glass out of the entry door of my business. I called Vortex. The tech arrived to board it up within a couple hours and the glass was installed a couple days later. He also switched out our hinges and installed a closer. He was a real craftsman with extreme pride in his work. I could not be more impressed.

Two stars for the techs who did the work and the staff on the phone. Minus three stars for the following.

$600 to replace a door lock? They charge $158 to come out, plus bill you for $80 per half hour. The tech took two hours to do the work and cost us $600 to replace a LOCK! I was completely unaware of these charges when I mentioned we are a new client. I would have gone somewhere else.

We will not use this company ever again! This was the first time and will be my last time!

Tom and Colton came exactly on time, fixed the broken door in no time at all and helped get me pricing on remotes. Super happy with their work, definitely definitely recommend
