Ralph did a great job on the office door . He did an excellent job fixing the uneven door that drags in upon opening. He also fixed the lock for both front and back door. He is an asset to the company: very courteous and polite.

Cole was our technician, was quick, prompt and very transparent with work that needed to be done.

He knew right away how to go about fixing our door, replaced the piece in a timely manner, was considerate towards our clients as they walked in and out of class. He asked my opinion throughout the process and had me test it out at the end making sure I was satisfied with the work. Went above and beyond! So happy with the job! Vortex completed our quarterly PM's our three Roll-Up Doors today. Tony and Rafael did a great job! They were efficient, thorough and clean. They found several safety discrepancies with one door previously installed by a different company and repaired. Thank you!

This morning AJ called and said he was on site. After meeting up with him, I took him to the doors that needed to be changed. AJ walked me through everything he was going to be doing to the new/old doors. I said if he needed anything from me and he said not at this time but he'd call. A few hours later I swing by to check on thing and he was done. AJ did suggest a couple more items that might be needed. I asked him to send me a quote. AJ then walked me through everything he did and asked me to sign the ticket if I was satisfied with the work. AJ knew what he was doing and talking about. Overall a great installer.
