On August 3, 2021, a technician from Vortex Industries identified as Andy arrived at our hotel to repair 9 guest room doors. This technician went above and beyond the call of duty and fixed all our doors in one visit. As a hotel manager for over 20 years, Andy is by far one of the most professional technicians I've worked with throughout my career. His expertise in repairing doors is amazing and his timeliness in completing the repairs is remarkable. Andy should be commended on his outstanding work, his expertise in the field and his exceptional guest service!!
