I recently was looking for some work to be done at my facility in Culver City and a friend recommended Vortex. I gave them a call they came out and gave me a free quote for tinting some windows. I told them the price looks good, but I needed it done ASAP. They said no problem and were out that week and got me taken care of. The windows look great! I would highly recommend them.

The service was amazing!!! He got right to work on some of the small issues and broke down repair quotes by door to make it super easy! When the other door companies dropped the ball time after time, Vortex came through in moments and provided amazing service. 10/10 I would recommend and use again.

Ken and Paul came out and installed a new opener on our old bay door. This door was extremely heavy and had multiple obstacles yet they were extremely friendly and professional and able to overcome it in a days work. They worked well together and were nonstop going yet they still took the time to make sure everything they touched was clean and stout.

I'm a Building Engineer and use these guys all the time. They are my number one go to vendor for any and all types of door repairs. I've read on some other reviews that they are too expensive but I have not found that they are over priced at all. You get what you pay for, most doors and entrances are heavily used and you want to hire quality repairmen/women when you really need the job done right.
They are always quick to respond with lots of insight as to how to fix, repair, and prevent future breakdowns. Never had any issues with a door or entryway breaking down again after they have repaired it and all their work has stood the test of time. I highly recommend their services and even though I can choose from many other local and national vendors in the area, I always prefer Vortex when I need the job done quickly, properly, and without future issues.
