Vortex sent out John and Ernie came and did outstanding job for equinox getting our roll up fire door back in commission in time for our executive visits. Amir has always been on top of things back in the office as well.

Called with a retail store door issue and they sent a tech right out. Spencer listened to what our problem was and got right to work. He corrected the problem made some adjustments and everything is now working better than it ever has. These are my new go to guys! Thank you.

John was excellent and his work was phenomenal, we had an issue at Kfc/aw in lathrop, ca with our panic bar the door was completely broken , he can through and less than an hour it was ready to be in use again, thank you vortex doors, and thank you John!
