We recently moved into a WHS space and found that our door desperately needed a service. As we approved the quote and had parts ordered, the door became stuck and wouldn't operate. Vortex made the extra effort to get us on their calendar immediately and the door was repaired quickly.

The best part of the entire experience were the technicians, Tano & Oscar. These two gentlemen were very professional, extremely courteous, & patient with all my questions. When they were done our doors were better than brand new. I was very impressed with their service and workmanship, and highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Ray and Chris for technician, if your planning on having a new door install or door fix. Thier top priority is to make sure the door is secured and getting the job done right. They were great at explaining the whole process when installing the door and making sure the finished product looked amazing. Would definitely go with them next time if I need a new door or need fixing

Meredith, Dani and the team at Vortex have been the MOST responsive contractor I have ever worked with!
