Thank you Vortex Doors for making our repair process quick and smooth. Our office door was broken and Vortex Doors completed the repair in a couple of hours. They even adjusted our door so the same incident wouldn't occur again. Our repair person was very polite, friendly, answered questions and had a great attitude. Francisco arrived on property and quickly got to work on repairing a lobby door that needed repairs. Previously, three other technicians attempted to repair the door and all were unsuccessful. Francisco diligently inspected the door and various parts, made the needed repairs and then followed through with several others related repairs that he had discovered while troubleshooting. We had a large panel window and glass door that had to be replaced. Mario, Josh, Steve and Hector came and installed the new pieces and cleaned out all of the old broken pieces surprisingly fast. They did an amazing job of getting us up and running

David did a wonderful job repairing our bathroom doors in our showroom. He was very patient and determined to fix the issue. Very happy with his service!

Skyler came to our Maya Apartments property in Ktown and worked on our door. From the start, he was incredibly friendly and helpful and followed proper protocol! I really appreciated how he checked in with me the entire time he was working on the issue and asked for not only approval but explained the process of what he was doing so I was aware of the issue.
