Jacob was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and our doors were properly functioning. He even explained an error that was made with our initial installation and provided a quick and easy solution! Overall top tier level service! We will certainly be using Vortex and asking for him specifically in the future! :)

Miguel, Dustin and Jason were all really professionals , did a great job installing all four rollup doors.
