If I could give these guys 10 stars I would!! I had a roll up door that needed some TLC. We couldn’t close the door because it had gotten out of its track and was told I would possibly need another panel but Ryan and Oscar exceeded my expectations and fixed it without having to replace the panel. I appreciate them so much and would definitely use them again! 10/10 recommend

So My first review was a very bad one. Team lead Christos, Called me the same day of my review. He informed me he would look into my issue. 3 days later he took time out of his day to come visit my shop in person. He did a very good job at making a bad situation good. I'm impressed with their customer service and now will use them again and recommend them to other shop owners

Jeff Burbine did an amazing job trouble shooting the continuous door issue I was having at my office. He is an electrical genius and was able to quickly and efficiently rectify the problem. Vortex is very lucky to have someone so knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. Thank you Jeff and Vortex.

The crew over at Vortex is nothing short of amazing. When I say crew, that would include, from the time I call in, to the tech's that come and make the repair. Always professional, courteous and easy to talk with. Thanks Vortex for your dedication to your customers!!
