Ryan from vortex came out to my store and helped fix our bay door. He was very polite and explained everything he did to fix the door and even told me in detail what happened to it to cause it to break. Highly professional team at vortex, never disappointed.

We called Vortex for some issues. They sent Sam Vasquez to our store to fix our front doors. To our surprise he was a wonderful gentleman! He was very patient, kind and hard working.
