Mario and Hector were amazing they came out in this beautiful BUT HOT WEATHER to repair our store door at Napa in Bellevue ! It is because if them our staff and customers are safe a secure THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING GOOD CARE OF US !!

Donald provided excellent service today! He knew right away how to go about fixing our door, replaced the piece in a timely manner, was considerate towards our clients as they walked in and out of class. He asked my opinion throughout the process and had me test it out at the end making sure I was satisfied with the work. Went above and beyond! So happy with the job! Hope we get Donald again if we ever need! Thanks vortex!

This is the second time we have used Vortex doors for our commercial buildings and each time we couldn't have asked for better service. Great communication with the office, prompt and very professional service. The repairman made sure not only was the job done but he went above and beyond making sure everything was done properly and even improving the way the door closed. He was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone!
