Henry was able to fix our commercial front door with a panic bar latch that wasn't latching and a closer that was shot. The door is quite old and there was a lot of corrosion in the mechanisms. He was a pleasure to work with and exhibited the expertise needed - the door is closing and latching well now.

Eric and Adam provided us excellent service and were very professional at the moment of their arrival and were able to work in an expedite manner.

Joey is AMAZING! Absolutely gave us great service! Fixed our door and told me what needs to be done to make sure everything will continue to work properly! Thank you, Joey and Vortex! P.S. Please send Joey to do my next repair (I approved the part order before he left).

Vortex did a wonderful job getting our new warehouse all set up for us. We kept getting in their way accidentally at times and were so chill about it. Steve was too kind always pausing so we can squeeze by. Highly recommend for their speed and efficiency!

Same day service. Moe was really helpful and went above and beyond. We had more issues than we realized with our gate and he was able to fix everything in one visit.
