So My first review was a very bad one. Team lead Christos, Called me the same day of my review. He informed me he would look into my issue. 3 days later he took time out of his day to come visit my shop in person. He did a very good job at making a bad situation good. I'm impressed with their customer service and now will use them again and recommend them to other shop owners

Randall came out, secured and repaired our broken door the very next day! Great customer service when you call as well.

Alex and Miguel did a great job replacing the door and side panel glass at our business! They were on time, professional and even adjusted the door sweep and hinges as a courtesy! I highly recommend using Vortex based on my experience with them!
