Tech was fantastic

I have been using Vortex doors for years and they are amazing! No matter who they send out to my property, they're always able to get the job done. Ignacio and Joe R. were recently here and they were professional, courteous and thorough. For my large/heavy duty gates I only trust Vortex.

I've been using Vortex for the last three years and have no plans to use another service . Their techs are very knowledgeable and their scheduling personnel are polite and professional.

We were well taken care of by Ramon Rodriguez, we had a break-in at 12:30 AM called Vortex at 1:30 AM Ramon called me by 2:30 AM and my business is secure by 4:45 AM. Ramon is friendly and great at what he does! I'll be a Vortex Dallas customer for life! Follow that up with glass install by Lloyd, I'm happy this afternoon too! Great team at Vortex Dallas.
