I work at Creo Montessori School in Gilbert, AZ. We have numerous exterior doors around the campus and when they are in need of maintenance we call Vortex. We have had multiple great technicians but request David to service our doors because he knows our campus and is a familiar face. He is always respectful, explains the work he did, answers all questions we have and goes above and beyond. David takes the time to share his recommendations and has never done work and charged us for something that was not approved. The office staff is always kind and helpful when scheduling David to come to our campus. We have never had an issue with billing and believe them to be very reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend Vortex!

Cole was our technician, was quick, prompt and very transparent with work that needed to be done.

Donald was great! He was extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing. He fixed our door super quick. He was really nice/professional. He greeted our parents as they came in along with the kids passing by in the hallway.

John was great. He helped out with all our needs and was very thorough!
