Ryan was an excellent help today. Communicated with me on repairing our emergency and gave me a lot of info and what steps we can take to make our door be better.

I am a property manager at Citiscape in SF. Matt Farrell explained the problem thoroughly and followed up with pictures. Matt/vortex were responsive and professional.

Leo from Vortex repaired 3 doors in our building. He walked me through all of the issues, explained he thought might be the issues and fixed all of 3 doors quickly and efficiently. Leo went above and beyond to provide all-around excellent service.

John did a great job. Worked on the issue and stayed until it was resolved and working properly.

John was able to repair the door to our preschool perfectly. He not only fixed the door but coordinated around nap times for our students, helped us navigate the warranty issues of parts and was overall incredibly helpful and efficient

Vortex doors was called on short notice and they were able to send a technician out right away. Vicente and Jesus were very prompt and professional. Will be using their services again.
