I received a call that a tech was on the way and they were here within a half an hour. The tech perform the quick diagnostic, found the issue and fixed it within 20 minutes. Checked our limits and we were back in business. Cole was a technician on this job and did a fantastic job!

Anthony and Mateo are the best!!! They are definitely important assets for any company. They deserve a raise or at least a bonus. I would love to work with these guys anytime. Very professional and got the problem fixed in no time.

Had a great experience! Vortex was patient with my busy schedule and got the job done and exceeded expectations. They weren’t able to quickly get special parts my door required so they did a more expensive fix but charged me the cheaper original quote price so I didn’t have to wait that long.
