Had the honor working with Sam and Henry all week with auto doors. Sam is Auto wizards! When situations got tough he found another way to get the door operating. He was successful able to take down a metal auto door and made some modifications and brought back to Amgen and was able to successfully install it and have it working. I wish we had an employee like Sam at our company.

Donald was the epitome of friendliness and professionalism. He took pains to ensure that the patch not only fit perfectly but also securely. Despite the pouring rain, he maintained his composure, finishing the job in less than an hour from start to finish. I greatly appreciate that Donald even took the time to clean up the mess created by the repair. He is a great asset to Vortex, a representative that any company should be happy to have.
