This place is great I called and asked what it would cost to fix my front door to my business. I told them what the problem was and they asked me to send a picture. They looked at the picture and told me it was a common problem and gave me a price. I told them go ahead and come out and they were there the following day and fixed the problem. They were able to fix it quicker than they thought so it was a little less than they ballparked me. Miriam was my point of contact she couldn't have been more helpful.

The first company that came out was not able to identify the issue and never got back to us to follow up. We will use Vortex Doors in the future!

Had a great experience with Vortex doors. We recently had an issue with a roll up door not functioning properly. Vortex doors sent a Technician named Jaime. Jaime was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Jaime repaired our door in a timely manner and took the time to walks us through the issues and what repairs were made.
