We were well taken care of by Ramon Rodriguez, we had a break-in at 12:30 AM called Vortex at 1:30 AM Ramon called me by 2:30 AM and my business is secure by 4:45 AM. Ramon is friendly and great at what he does! I'll be a Vortex Dallas customer for life! Follow that up with glass install by Lloyd, I'm happy this afternoon too! Great team at Vortex Dallas.

We've been long time customers with Vortex. Matt did a great job repairing our commercial glass entry doors and adjusting the closers. The office staff did a good job handling my call and I was able to get a repair appointment next day! Service completed well within time frame expected.
