Our front door lock broke, and while the locksmith did his job and fixed it the door wasn't quite the same. Tom Eaton from Vortex, South San Francisco came out and had our door in better working condition than it has been in years. I highly recommend asking for Tom by name, he was not only professional but personable and friendly as well. Thank you so much for taking care of us! Tom, is definitely our "doorman" going forward!

Ryan was an excellent help today. Communicated with me on repairing our emergency and gave me a lot of info and what steps we can take to make our door be better.

I've broken some glass on job-sites a few times or had issues with door hardware, called Vortex and they had someone out to replace the next day! Quick, painless, and we were back to work lickity split! I trust them with all my projects in SF and the surrounding area because I know if I need them, they'll be there in no time! 10 Stars!!
