Luis and Alex did a great job fixing our door to the entrance of the store. They also provided excellent customer service. We are so happy with the service that was provided.

Today was no exception when we called in an emergency work order as Ryan and Pablo were going home. The response time was first class. Patrick from the West Valley location was extremely helpful and efficient! He was able to fully diagnose two problematic commercial door issues, one of which we have had looked at multiple times by other technicians. Before he left, he made sure we had an idea of what it would cost for repairs. Thank you Patrick for your dedication to doing the job right!

Irving and Dymitry were AMAZING!!! Payed attention to detail and noticed that the door was not fully aligned and they took their time to align is without us mentioning. Only reason I point this level of attention is due to having many other vortex technicians come out and just do what they had to do and leave. Knowing that they were going to get paid regardless. They also both had GREAT communication skills as well as their customer service!!

Chris Gomez came out to our United health group facility today and promptly diagnosed the issue with our roll up door. He was polite, communicative and very professional. Hey got the parts ordered and hopefully they send him back out to put in the part.

Nigel and Kevin helped us tremendously today. We had a couple issues with some doors in our space that were hindering our member experience, but not any more thanks to Nigel and Kevin. Whenever we see them on the schedule to be here, we know our problems will be solved. Thanks again fellas!

Anthony worked very carefully and patiently to fix our broken roll-up door. He also try to repair the old door as much as possible to avoid replacing a new door. The job was perfectly done.
