Vortex has come out to Panera and fixed our front doors on two separate occasions. The original hinges on the doors were weak and eventually broke. They replaced our hinges and the doors are solid, no more sagging. Dylan did a great job, very professional and got the job in a timely manner.

Once I called, they had two guys here within in an hour. Adam and Randall, with Vortex, are extremely professional, informative and courteous. They fixed all of our doors, explained what they did and made sure I was satisfied with the job before signing off on it.

This is the type of company I like to do business with. Without hesitation, I signed up for a service contract with Adam to come out here a few times a year. Additionally, it's great to know that if anything happens on the off hours, Vortex has someone on call 24/7.
