Commercial Kitchen and Restaurant Swinging Doors

double swinging restaurant doors

Designed for durability and ease of use, they create a solid but flexible barrier that keeps both sides of your business functioning smoothly, in order to deliver the best possible customer experience.

double swinging restaurant doors

Restaurant doors, or also known as kitchen swinging doors, separate the front of the house from the back of the house without impeding traffic flow.

Reliable

Restaurant doors are made to open on impact. Constructed from strong, lightweight materials, the right door can operate for years in even the roughest environments with only minimal maintenance. Choose from:

  • Wood. Moisture resistant wooden core covered with a layer of high-pressure laminate. Provides both noise reduction and temperature control.
  • Polymer. Polymer honeycomb core contains no organic materials. Impervious to moisture and designed to withstand solid impacts.
  • Aluminum. Anodized aluminum is sturdy, light, and cost-effective. Ideal for businesses with heavy foot and tray traffic.
  • Stainless Steel. 16 or 20-gauge stainless steel is strong, long-lasting, and corrosion resistant. Built to withstand heavy and repeated impact.

Reinforced spines provide additional strength. Gravity hinges allow restaurant doors to swing back to center automatically, no matter their gauge or thickness. Steel or aluminum plates protect high-impact areas at a lower cost.

Customizable

Restaurant doors are available in a range of colors and finishes. Whether business owners are looking for something sleek, ornate, or functional, they can find one that matches the look and feel of their space. Doors are available in single panel or double panel to accommodate traffic flow.

Safe

Restaurant doors are fitted with windows, which give staff a clear view of the other side, enabling them to move between rooms without risk of accident, injury, or collision.

Multi-Use

While restaurant doors are most common in the hospitality industry, they have a wide range of applications including:

  • Retail Shops
  • Outlets
  • Grocery Stores
  • Hospitals
  • Medical Laboratories
  • Warehouses
  • Shipping Facilities

Patrick from the West Valley location was extremely helpful and efficient! He was able to fully diagnose two problematic commercial door issues, one of which we have had looked at multiple times by other technicians. Before he left, he made sure we had an idea of what it would cost for repairs. Thank you Patrick for your dedication to doing the job right!
Zoil L.
Anthony worked very carefully and patiently to fix our broken roll-up door. He also try to repair the old door as much as possible to avoid replacing a new door. The job was perfectly done.

Vortex Doors does quality work. Pricing is fair. Communication is excellent. They do a good job of making sure they have all the necessary information when coming out in advance of starting the job, then send multiple updates while waiting for parts. We have had rollup door repairs and new rollup installations and a standard steel door installed and all are still working great. I would recommend Vortex for industrial door services.

Jose was very professional and had everything fixed in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend him and his company to others and use them again in the future.

Great service technician Kenny Floyd was great and polite reasonable pricing
Thanks for the service

Irving and Dymitry were AMAZING!!! Payed attention to detail and noticed that the door was not fully aligned and they took their time to align is without us mentioning. Only reason I point this level of attention is due to having many other vortex technicians come out and just do what they had to do and leave. Knowing that they were going to get paid regardless. They also both had GREAT communication skills as well as their customer service!!

Eric and Ismael were super kind and efficient. Another company installed a door at our warehouse, poorly, which caused us to shut our business down for a few hours. We called Vortex to come and fix the door for us, within an hour they were here and these guys knew what they were doing, fixed all the issues, and got us back in business quickly.
I really appreciate the professionalism, efficiency and knowledge.

Nigel and Kevin helped us tremendously today. We had a couple issues with some doors in our space that were hindering our member experience, but not any more thanks to Nigel and Kevin. Whenever we see them on the schedule to be here, we know our problems will be solved. Thanks again fellas!
