He was able to fully diagnose two problematic commercial door issues, one of which we have had looked at multiple times by other technicians. Before he left, he made sure we had an idea of what it would cost for repairs. Thank you Patrick for your dedication to doing the job right!

Irving and Dymitry were AMAZING!!! Payed attention to detail and noticed that the door was not fully aligned and they took their time to align is without us mentioning. Only reason I point this level of attention is due to having many other vortex technicians come out and just do what they had to do and leave. Knowing that they were going to get paid regardless. They also both had GREAT communication skills as well as their customer service!!

This was my 3rd experience with Vortex coming out to service my company's doors and they have always been friendly and professional. Today was no different. Raul was awesome. Got the job done perfectly and in almost no time. The door and doorway are cleaner than before he got here! Top notch service.
