We called Vortex to come out and repair a damaged door that would not shut. We were very concerned about the security of the warehouse and needed a quick fix. They came out and made a difficult repair in a short time frame, and then came back to install replacement panels. Very professional people from customer service to installers. Would recommend them to anyone.

Cole did an amazing job, was extremely professional, and adaptable to our needs. We needed to have have two doors with push bars and alarms installed and we mistakenly only asked for one. He was able to install the one and then he ran back to his office to get more hardware to get the second one installed. We had a deadline to get this work done, Cole and Vortex saved the day. Thank you!!!
