Uriel Sandoval arrived earlier than scheduled time. He was professional and explained the problem of the clubhouse doors to me. Then forwarded a written report in which he will have to return with a second technician to remove doors and make the necessary repair. He was pleasant and courteous during his visit here at North Park.

Technician Ralph arrived promptly on an emergency call. He was fast, courteous, and fix my problem thoroughly. He explained everything after, stayed out of the way of my business'5 star experience.

This is the second time we have used Vortex doors for our commercial buildings and each time we couldn't have asked for better service. Great communication with the office, prompt and very professional service. The repairman made sure not only was the job done but he went above and beyond making sure everything was done properly and even improving the way the door closed.
