Patrick from the West Valley location was extremely helpful and efficient! He was able to fully diagnose two problematic commercial door issues, one of which we have had looked at multiple times by other technicians. I manage an apartment building and recently, one of our exterior doors stopped latching properly. Called Vortex and they were great. They sent us a quote (an accurate quote) and within just a few days, a couple techs were out fixing the door. Mateo and RJ were awesome. They had the new latch installed in no time. They were also just super cool guys. Very communicative and professional. We will definitely use Vortex again!

Cory and Tristian were amazing to work with. They kept us informed through the whole process and were extensive professional.

Eric and Ismael were super kind and efficient. Another company installed a door at our warehouse, poorly, which caused us to shut our business down for a few hours. We called Vortex to come and fix the door for us, within an hour they were here and these guys knew what they were doing, fixed all the issues, and got us back in business quickly.

Chris Gomez came out to our United health group facility today and promptly diagnosed the issue with our roll up door. He was polite, communicative and very professional. Hey got the parts ordered and hopefully they send him back out to put in the part.

This was my 3rd experience with Vortex coming out to service my company's doors and they have always been friendly and professional. Today was no different. Raul was awesome. Got the job done perfectly and in almost no time. The door and doorway are cleaner than before he got here! Top notch service.

John and Johnathan came out and were excellent. Knew their stuff and helped us straight away. Wouldn't hesitate to have those guys back out!!!
