Can't say enough about John & Ernie. Both techs were very polite & knowledgeable. I had multiple hangar doors worked on after a recent storm, they had them fixed in no time. Will certainly use Vortex again when needed.

I have been using this company for many years and have had much success with them. I will agree that they are more expensive. However, the response time and customer service have been first rate. Stephen was just out this morning and was on time and fixed the programming issue I had very promptly.

The technician that comes out to do my rollup gates on my high speed overhead doors very knowledgeable in this field. He's been with the company nine years he said very good customer service, polite I would like him to come back out all the time to do the Jobs.

John provided great insight on the repairs needed and was efficient with the process.
