Im a retired general contractor and just me that JJ and Jose Velasquez were Extremely friendly and very professional Were able to diagnose the issue in record time and repair And thanks JJ came up with a great idea to save time from removing the door. Will definitely use Vortex in the future.

Vortex has come out to Panera and fixed our front doors on two separate occasions. The original hinges on the doors were weak and eventually broke. They replaced our hinges and the doors are solid, no more sagging. Dylan did a great job, very professional and got the job in a timely manner.

We left message on website about a broken door on our business in Willcox AZ on a Sunday night and by Monday we received a call asking if they could come out on Tuesday. We had already been told by two different companies the door couldn't be repaired and needed to be replaced so we were prepared to do that. Vortex came out and he repaired the door perfectly for a fraction of the price of a new door. Not only that but when he was done he took the time to throughly clean the door. Great service!!!

Chris Gomez came out to our United health group facility today and promptly diagnosed the issue with our roll up door. He was polite, communicative and very professional. Hey got the parts ordered and hopefully they send him back out to put in the part.
