Nigel and Kevin helped us tremendously today. We had a couple issues with some doors in our space that were hindering our member experience, but not any more thanks to Nigel and Kevin. Whenever we see them on the schedule to be here, we know our problems will be solved. Thanks again fellas!

We recently moved into a WHS space and found that our door desperately needed a service. As we approved the quote and had parts ordered, the door became stuck and wouldn't operate. Vortex made the extra effort to get us on their calendar immediately and the door was repaired quickly. The best part of the entire experience were the technicians, Tano & Oscar. These two gentlemen were very professional, extremely courteous, & patient with all my questions. When they were done our doors were better than brand new.
