As a project manager of several secure commercial buildings, I've required same day service for overhead door repairs on several occasions and Vortex has been the best fit for nearly 20 years. I have always been extremely satisfied with both the technicians work and the office scheduling service and accounting personnel. Even if the part(s) need(s) to be ordered and full repair at a later date, the technician secures the site and will make it manually operational if possible. My business hired this company to fix our doors after we'd been waiting eight months for it to actually be resolved. We've had multiple vendors in and out never actually addressing the issue. Randall and Jason were in today and they listened to me and fixed the main problem as well as three others that I didn't even know could be fixed. They were completely thorough and deep cleaned the doors and work area when they were done. Could not recommend them more.
