Jeff Burbine was excellent! There were issues with the initial wiring, but Jeff stayed ALL DAY to make sure it got done. He even cleaned up after he left leaving the place better than when he found it! I'd recommend him to any of our Options for Youth locations!

We called Vortex to fix our doors in our business. We have used them in the past and have always had great experiences. Today, Austin came out and was amazing! He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and did such a great job. Thank you, Austin. We will definitely call again, or recommend them to others!

Ralph fixed 2 of my doors today at 2 different locations. He was friendly, easy to talk to and explained things clearly. I will definitely be calling Vortex again in the future when my doors aren't doing their jobs.

Finding tradesman with any level of customer service is rare. Kenny is the exception. Kept it simple got in, got out and the job is done in time for lunch. Went above and beyond with to fix the little things with a bit of extra care. That last 10 percent. A dude you don’t mind having in your space. Left alone to do his task. Not common in Vegas. Thanks again👍 Big help.
