Leo from Vortex repaired 3 doors in our building. He walked me through all of the issues, explained he thought might be the issues and fixed all of 3 doors quickly and efficiently. Leo went above and beyond to provide all-around excellent service.

Made a request with my company Service Center, they called Vortex and they were out here with a few hours. Technician Velasquez discovered the issue’s right away and spent all the time needed in order to make sure the warehouse roll up door was fixed to his abilities and to where I needed it to be. Miguel and Frankie are great techs! They came in to secure my door that was hit by forklift causing it to have day light. Both gentlemen were quick to explain the game plan and wasted no time. They finished the job sooner then they had estimated securing the door and making sure daylight was no longer showing. I was highly satisfied with there work. Not to mention they were very professional. Highly recommend them!
