I recently used Vortex Doors for a commercial door repair at my business. Scheduling a technician was simple; the women who helped was very helpful and friendly. The technician, Matthew Whitcomb, was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and not only fixed the door, but made sure that I was satisfied with his work before leaving. Mario went above and beyond, to make sure our door will open correctly, and when a piece was responding intermittently, he replace the entire button, and not just the battery. Thank you Mario
