Vortex Doors does quality work. Pricing is fair. Communication is excellent. They do a good job of making sure they have all the necessary information when coming out in advance of starting the job, then send multiple updates while waiting for parts. I manage an apartment building and recently, one of our exterior doors stopped latching properly. Called Vortex and they were great.
