I would highly recommend this company. I am a property manager and sometimes it can be difficult to find great vendors. We needed a lot of help with our trash chute doors and had gone through trying to work with 2 other companies that were not doing a good job. Vortex was extremely easy to work with. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the technician being on-site the customer service was excellent. He had parts I didn't even know he would bring just in case to be sure all our basis was covered. They are professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly.
