I would highly recommend this company. I am a property manager and sometimes it can be difficult to find great vendors. We needed a lot of help with our trash chute doors and had gone through trying to work with 2 other companies that were not doing a good job. Vortex was extremely easy to work with. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the technician being on-site the customer service was excellent. He had parts I didn't even know he would bring just in case to be sure all our basis was covered. They are professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. John and Cory were at our worksite to fix multiple issues with our hangar doors. We have had other companies out for these repairs and they were stumped. Alexander was so helpful and quick with service. He was hired to remove the swinging door between the front of house and back of house of the store I work at.
