Loading Dock Canopies and Shelters

Edited: Met with Devin today and worked out an agreement that was agreeable to both parties. Overall, we are very happy with the work, and they have notated our account to prevent any future unauthorized work from being done before it is quoted and pricing is approved. The work that was done was fine, but we were originally quoted $1300. There was some additional work that was suggested by the technician, which is also fine. However, there was no discussion about the cost of that additional work. We later (as another reviewer noted) had to ask for an invoice, and it was $7200. I feel that an increase of more than four times the original estimate should warrant a discussion about the increase in cost. One of our representatives did authorize the additional work, but the responsibility to inform us of the additional cost lies with Vortex, and that did not happen.

On 10/11, Marcos and R.C. Were scheduled to install a new door on the elevator equipment room. They were extremely professional and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We feel very comfortable working with Vortex and are very pleased with the finished product.

Abraham chap IV was amazing and did a great job fixing our door. So kind friendly and efficient.

John and Johnathan came out and were excellent. Knew their stuff and helped us straight away. Wouldn't hesitate to have those guys back out!!!

Ryan came out to work on our doors he went above and beyond to find the issue and fix it.. He was very professional and polite.

Dan and Phil were amazing! They came out on a Friday night and got our roll up door fixed for the business in a very quick time frame! These are the guys to call for any of your door issues!!

Anthony did a fantastic job here today. So helpful and fast.
