Jon and Dillon did a fantastic job very thorough very informative they came across as really good people.

Vicente & William came and serviced my roll up doors at my location. They arrived in the proper work attire and had all the necessary PPE. They were very polite & also very informative. Will definitely use their service again.

Ralph fixed 2 of my doors today at 2 different locations. He was friendly, easy to talk to and explained things clearly. I will definitely be calling Vortex again in the future when my doors aren't doing their jobs.

Ryan & Pablo came out on an emergency basis & repaired my main shop bay door. It’s working better than it was before the issue started. Great guys, great service.

So My first review was a very bad one. Team lead Christos, Called me the same day of my review. He informed me he would look into my issue. 3 days later he took time out of his day to come visit my shop in person. He did a very good job at making a bad situation good. I'm impressed with their customer service and now will use them again and recommend them to other shop owners
