Anthony was terrific!

Today Tray and Johnathan with Vortex, showed up to repair our broken entrance gates. They were on time and very professional. After checking the damage, they took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and how they would do it. Watching them while they were doing the repairs, they would measure twice and cut once'if you know what I mean, very professional! When they were done, the gates are operating perfectly, I'm very satisfied with their work!

Ryan provided quick and courteous service, fixing our gate all on site.

Nothing but high praises for the great work done by our 2 repair guys today, John and Anthony. The office called and notified us they would arrive at 8:30AM and they did. They worked well together and were able to get all the end clips fixed that needed to be replaced and helped me grease up the old curtain door. $858 repair to maintain this old curtain style roll up door was awesome. The previous clips had ben banged up by years of abuse and fixed by me and my gate repair tool (just a hammer) for the past 2 years. It started off with the sales guy who came to look and he was very honest and quoted us $858 and said they could fix the issue of the sliding from the curtain style gate. I think replacement would be in the $5k range which I think we would have held off on. The office was very responsive as I dealt with Tiffany and Martha for scheduling and paperwork.

Came out to replace a window pane that was damaged. The technician, Greg, was diligent, professional, and produced high quality work. 10/10, would highly recommend.

Donald provided professional and excellent service installing door closers on the lobby doors at The Carlyle in Carlsbad. He was friendly and pleasant to work with. These door closers are exactly what we needed to keep our condo secure and we will continue to use Vortex to service our doors.

Paz and Miguel came in today 3/15/23 they were awesome as always. Very friendly and kind couldn't ask for more! They fixed the Gate issue right away and they always do an excellent job! If anyone needs service from these guys they are top notch! Best of the best!!! 10 stars for Paz and Miguel!!!!!
