Rolling Service Doors

Eric and Ismael were super kind and efficient. Another company installed a door at our warehouse, poorly, which caused us to shut our business down for a few hours. We called Vortex to come and fix the door for us, within an hour they were here and these guys knew what they were doing, fixed all the issues, and got us back in business quickly.
I really appreciate the professionalism, efficiency and knowledge.

Just want to take a minute and thank our install Technician Wes w/ Vortex doors. A true professional who installed keyless system for our office. Wes did an exceptional job and meticulously ensured that he left our front lobby cleaner than when he arrived. Could not be happier with this portion of the install!

Vortex Doors does quality work. Pricing is fair. Communication is excellent. They do a good job of making sure they have all the necessary information when coming out in advance of starting the job, then send multiple updates while waiting for parts. We have had rollup door repairs and new rollup installations and a standard steel door installed and all are still working great. I would recommend Vortex for industrial door services.

I called Vortex this morning, provided my company's information and address. The receptionist who answered was polite and told me a tech would call on there Arrival, to which Vincent did. I met with Vincent outside, clean and professional appearance in both himself and vehicle. I explained the issues with both the gate and bay door.
