Eric and Ismael were super kind and efficient. Another company installed a door at our warehouse, poorly, which caused us to shut our business down for a few hours. We called Vortex to come and fix the door for us, within an hour they were here and these guys knew what they were doing, fixed all the issues, and got us back in business quickly.

He was able to fully diagnose two problematic commercial door issues, one of which we have had looked at multiple times by other technicians. Andy does phenomenal work! I greatly appreciate his due diligence, level of professionalism and his high attention to detail. He's worked on site several occasions and I am completely satisfied with his work. Good quality doors, should last if maintained well. Will use again.

Anthony worked very carefully and patiently to fix our broken roll-up door. He also try to repair the old door as much as possible to avoid replacing a new door. The job was perfectly done.
