Just want to take a minute and thank our install Technician Wes w/ Vortex doors. A true professional who installed keyless system for our office. Wes did an exceptional job and meticulously ensured that he left our front lobby cleaner than when he arrived. Could not be happier with this portion of the install!

Anthony worked very carefully and patiently to fix our broken roll-up door. He also try to repair the old door as much as possible to avoid replacing a new door. The job was perfectly done.

Nigel and Kevin helped us tremendously today. We had a couple issues with some doors in our space that were hindering our member experience, but not any more thanks to Nigel and Kevin. Whenever we see them on the schedule to be here, we know our problems will be solved. Thanks again fellas!

Irving and Dymitry were AMAZING!!! Payed attention to detail and noticed that the door was not fully aligned and they took their time to align is without us mentioning. Only reason I point this level of attention is due to having many other vortex technicians come out and just do what they had to do and leave. Knowing that they were going to get paid regardless. They also both had GREAT communication skills as well as their customer service!!

Patrick from the West Valley location was extremely helpful and efficient! He was able to fully diagnose two problematic commercial door issues, one of which we have had looked at multiple times by other technicians. Before he left, he made sure we had an idea of what it would cost for repairs. Thank you Patrick for your dedication to doing the job right!
