John and team were very helpful in identifying an issue with our door that was as a result of the foundation, rather than the door itself. We were able to work with Vortex and our landlord to get the issue resolved. Vortex went out of their way to do right by us as a customer and also to ensure that the repair was done in a way that would prevent the issue from happening again. As a small business, these details matter. Would recommend!
