Wes did an exceptional job and meticulously ensured that he left our front lobby cleaner than when he arrived. Could not be happier with this portion of the install!

He was able to fully diagnose two problematic commercial door issues, one of which we have had looked at multiple times by other technicians. Vortex Doors does quality work. Pricing is fair. Communication is excellent. They do a good job of making sure they have all the necessary information when coming out in advance of starting the job, then send multiple updates while waiting for parts. We have had rollup door repairs and new rollup installations and a standard steel door installed and all are still working great. I would recommend Vortex for industrial door services.

It is above & beyond, that you get from this team! Kevin & Carlos really locked in & fixed a previous disaster that was left for them. They communicated there struggles but never gave up on it. We are so grateful for getting the right guys!

Eric and Ismael were super kind and efficient. Another company installed a door at our warehouse, poorly, which caused us to shut our business down for a few hours. We called Vortex to come and fix the door for us, within an hour they were here and these guys knew what they were doing, fixed all the issues, and got us back in business quickly.
