Vortex came in when our company door was slamming shut. They were very thorough brought to my attention glass panel on the door was on the verge of falling off due to rails missing, clean, and re-secured the door slide plate.

Michael and Ryan where your team techs that helped us get our doors back and working. During my moment of just getting the doors working and operating correctly he had cost options for us to select from. He had a full explanation of what he was going to do and how he did it.
