Our building is a condominium. The lobby door, installed in 1967 was not closing securely. I called vortex. The service technician, Michael responded was above and beyond excellent service. His attributes are professionalism, courtesy, attention to workmanship and customer satisfaction. I hope to have Michael respond when I call Vortex for services

We were able to work with Vortex and our landlord to get the issue resolved. Vortex went out of their way to do right by us as a customer and also to ensure that the repair was done in a way that would prevent the issue from happening again.
