We've had an issue with our door slamming shut for a while and luckily a sales woman with Vortex just happened to walk into our shop the other day. I let her know we would love someone to come out as soon as possible if they could, and they sent out Daniel the next morning. WOW! So fast and great service. Daniel identified the problem within a few seconds of seeing our door and immediately went to work replacing the faulty piece. He was very professional and knowledgeable. So grateful for companies that make doing business with them easy and painless. Will be recommending them to everyone we know!
