Upon having issues with our doors we got in contact with Vortex. They responded quickly to our requests and the associate, Randall, was eager to help and provide outstanding service, following through with all of our concerns and even coming back (free of charge) to ensure everything was working properly. Josh arrived in a timely manner. Got straight to work and repaired our front door. The door is now closing properly but we do still need a new seal around as this has worn down with age/use. Josh said he will check with the office to make sure he has the right one for replacement and will come back out to install this one it is confirmed

I met with Joe and Gavin this morning to help fix our double doors and they were a huge help. Met with them at 5 am to help accommodate our business hours and that worked out great. Highly recommended.
