Nigel and Kevin helped us tremendously today. We had a couple issues with some doors in our space that were hindering our member experience, but not any more thanks to Nigel and Kevin. Whenever we see them on the schedule to be here, we know our problems will be solved. Thanks again fellas!

Couldn’t be happier with the service we were provided! Anthony was very knowledgeable about the issues we faced and how to correct difficult problems. He was diligent about finding solutions for our equipment, and even gave us helpful tips to upkeep their functionality. Anthony went out of his way to provide us with quality service. For all this we are very grateful to have him as a resource for our office!

I asked Ralph if he could look at another door we were having a problem with and gladly looked at it and fixed that problem also. He was considerate of the phone ringing and try to work around when sales men were not on the phone.

John was excellent and his work was phenomenal, we had an issue at Kfc/aw in lathrop, ca with our panic bar the door was completely broken , he can through and less than an hour it was ready to be in use again, thank you vortex doors, and thank you John!

My facility had a broken door hinge. Edward came out in a timely manner, explained to me why the door hinge broke off and replaced it quickly. From the call to completion of the job was about 3 hours. Quick service
