This was my 3rd experience with Vortex coming out to service my company's doors and they have always been friendly and professional. Today was no different. Raul was awesome. Got the job done perfectly and in almost no time. The door and doorway are cleaner than before he got here! Top notch service.

Eric and Ismael were super kind and efficient. Another company installed a door at our warehouse, poorly, which caused us to shut our business down for a few hours. We called Vortex to come and fix the door for us, within an hour they were here and these guys knew what they were doing, fixed all the issues, and got us back in business quickly.
I really appreciate the professionalism, efficiency and knowledge.

Ryan did an excellent job fixing the doors at Anzios Pizza. He was professional, & efficient. He arrived on time & got the job done ! These doors are working perfectly now, I highly recommend Vortex for your door installations and repairs!

The workers, Kevin & Carlos were so awesome while @ my local Anytime Fitness in Kyle. They were respectful to members coming in & out to the door while they worked on it. They ALSO FIXED IT! YES!

I called Vortex this morning, provided my company's information and address. The receptionist who answered was polite and told me a tech would call on there Arrival, to which Vincent did. I met with Vincent outside, clean and professional appearance in both himself and vehicle. I explained the issues with both the gate and bay door. Vincent quickly assessed the problem, suggested some technical expertise and resolved the problem quickly. Now my business can go back to normal operation safely.
