This was my 3rd experience with Vortex coming out to service my company's doors and they have always been friendly and professional. Today was no different. Raul was awesome. Got the job done perfectly and in almost no time. The door and doorway are cleaner than before he got here! Top notch service.

Today was no exception when we called in an emergency work order as Ryan and Pablo were going home. The response time was first class. Vortex Doors does quality work. Pricing is fair. Communication is excellent. They do a good job of making sure they have all the necessary information when coming out in advance of starting the job, then send multiple updates while waiting for parts. We have had rollup door repairs and new rollup installations and a standard steel door installed and all are still working great. I would recommend Vortex for industrial door services.

Andy does phenomenal work! I greatly appreciate his due diligence, level of professionalism and his high attention to detail. He's worked on site several occasions and I am completely satisfied with his work. Good quality doors, should last if maintained well. Will use again.

It is above & beyond, that you get from this team! Kevin & Carlos really locked in & fixed a previous disaster that was left for them. They communicated there struggles but never gave up on it. We are so grateful for getting the right guys!

Anthony worked very carefully and patiently to fix our broken roll-up door. He also try to repair the old door as much as possible to avoid replacing a new door. The job was perfectly done.
