Today was no exception when we called in an emergency work order as Ryan and Pablo were going home. The response time was first class. This was my 3rd experience with Vortex coming out to service my company's doors and they have always been friendly and professional. Today was no different. Raul was awesome. Got the job done perfectly and in almost no time. The door and doorway are cleaner than before he got here! Top notch service.

Chris Gomez came out to our United health group facility today and promptly diagnosed the issue with our roll up door. He was polite, communicative and very professional. Hey got the parts ordered and hopefully they send him back out to put in the part.

It is above & beyond, that you get from this team! Kevin & Carlos really locked in & fixed a previous disaster that was left for them. They communicated there struggles but never gave up on it. We are so grateful for getting the right guys!

Eric and Ismael were super kind and efficient. Another company installed a door at our warehouse, poorly, which caused us to shut our business down for a few hours. We called Vortex to come and fix the door for us, within an hour they were here and these guys knew what they were doing, fixed all the issues, and got us back in business quickly.

Just want to take a minute and thank our install Technician Wes w/ Vortex doors. A true professional who installed keyless system for our office. Wes did an exceptional job and meticulously ensured that he left our front lobby cleaner than when he arrived. Could not be happier with this portion of the install!

I manage an apartment building and recently, one of our exterior doors stopped latching properly. Called Vortex and they were great. They sent us a quote (an accurate quote) and within just a few days, a couple techs were out fixing the door. Mateo and RJ were awesome. They had the new latch installed in no time. They were also just super cool guys. Very communicative and professional. We will definitely use Vortex again!
