Andy does phenomenal work! I greatly appreciate his due diligence, level of professionalism and his high attention to detail. He's worked on site several occasions and I am completely satisfied with his work. Good quality doors, should last if maintained well. Will use again.

I called Vortex this morning, provided my company's information and address. The receptionist who answered was polite and told me a tech would call on there Arrival, to which Vincent did. I met with Vincent outside, clean and professional appearance in both himself and vehicle. I explained the issues with both the gate and bay door. Vincent quickly assessed the problem, suggested some technical expertise and resolved the problem quickly. Now my business can go back to normal operation safely. Luis and Alex did a great job fixing our door to the entrance of the store. They also provided excellent customer service. We are so happy with the service that was provided.

Vortex Doors does quality work. Pricing is fair. Communication is excellent. They do a good job of making sure they have all the necessary information when coming out in advance of starting the job, then send multiple updates while waiting for parts. We have had rollup door repairs and new rollup installations and a standard steel door installed and all are still working great. I would recommend Vortex for industrial door services.

The workers, Kevin & Carlos were so awesome while @ my local Anytime Fitness in Kyle. They were respectful to members coming in & out to the door while they worked on it. They ALSO FIXED IT! YES!

Irving and Dymitry were AMAZING!!! Payed attention to detail and noticed that the door was not fully aligned and they took their time to align is without us mentioning. Only reason I point this level of attention is due to having many other vortex technicians come out and just do what they had to do and leave. Knowing that they were going to get paid regardless. They also both had GREAT communication skills as well as their customer service!!

We were in urgent need of a dock lift repair and called several other companies that were unable to help. Daniel and Zack showed up same day, ordered a forklift and completed a complicated repair same day. Amazing service.

Another gate issue. But I wasn't stressed out this time because I know where to call.
