He didn't only fix the door, but he went above and beyond by adding a failsafe of kick plates so this wouldn't happen again, as well as adding an extra assist to roll up the door. He let me know and installed missing hardware on the bottom of the door. Everything looked great and he cleaned up well. Very impressed!
