We had a troublesome door, very heavy and loud when closing. Chris added a shock arm and the door now closes quietly and firm. Great customer service! Very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended Chris and their service.

Chris Gomez came out to our United health group facility today and promptly diagnosed the issue with our roll up door. He was polite, communicative and very professional. Hey got the parts ordered and hopefully they send him back out to put in the part.

Our Tech was friendly and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure our doors were the safest for our Furry Friends staying with us at Exceptional Pets. Ralph did an amazing job.
