Donald provided excellent service today! He knew right away how to go about fixing our door, replaced the piece in a timely manner, was considerate towards our clients as they walked in and out of class. He asked my opinion throughout the process and had me test it out at the end making sure I was satisfied with the work. Went above and beyond! So happy with the job!
