We have been using Vortex Doors for our facility for about two years now, and so far, we plan to still use them for our facility. Just recently, we were having issues with our swing gates, and even looking at the manuals, we couldn't figure it out. We placed a call, and the next day, Austin showed up. It was fortunate for me to have chosen VORTEX to repair my 60 foot wide aircraft hangar door. It was the VORTEX team of 3 technicians, Greg, Chris and Romerio…who came to my rescue. Alex and Miguel did a great job replacing the door and side panel glass at our business! They were on time, professional and even adjusted the door sweep and hinges as a courtesy! I highly recommend using Vortex based on my experience with them!

Had a great experience with Vortex doors. We recently had an issue with a roll up door not functioning properly. Vortex doors sent a Technician named Jaime. Jaime was professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Jaime repaired our door in a timely manner and took the time to walks us through the issues and what repairs were made.
