John came into Pedego Electric Bikes in Livermore to fix our back roll up door. He came in with a very quick response once we called. His work was efficient and quality. He didn't only fix the door, but he went above and beyond by adding a failsafe of kick plates so this wouldn't happen again, as well as adding an extra assist to roll up the door. He let me know and installed missing hardware on the bottom of the door. Everything looked great and he cleaned up well. Very impressed!

Kenny and Danny responded in one hour of our call. They had the roll up repaired and working properly in just a couple of hours. Very pleased with their prompt service.
