We had Gabriel and Truman come out to our dental office to help fix a door that has been causing us trouble, and they got our door back in order and they were super cool and helpful! 100% Recommend them and Vortex.

I called Vortex this morning, provided my company's information and address. The receptionist who answered was polite and told me a tech would call on there Arrival, to which Vincent did. I met with Vincent outside, clean and professional appearance in both himself and vehicle. I explained the issues with both the gate and bay door. Vincent quickly assessed the problem, suggested some technical expertise and resolved the problem quickly. Now my business can go back to normal operation safely. Mark saved the day!! He came out to give me an estimate on a huge glass door at my shop that wouldn't open, and fixed my problem with a screw driver in 5 minutes. No charge! Now THAT deserves 6 stars!! Super nice guy too... will certainly call him again if I ever have another issue.
