Happy Anniversary Houston and San Francisco!

Ralph was awesome ! We have had this issue with our doors for a year now and he knew exactly how to fix the issue. Not only did he fix it he also cleaned our glass and that was the extra mile for us. Kind, and professional. Definitely pleased to know we won't have any worries in the future.

Ken and Paul came out and installed a new opener on our old bay door. This door was extremely heavy and had multiple obstacles yet they were extremely friendly and professional and able to overcome it in a days work. They worked well together and were nonstop going yet they still took the time to make sure everything they touched was clean and stout.

after a few searches online I found VORTEX inc, made a quick call in the morning and Michael was at our business by the afternoon, quick service and our front door was fixed!

We reached out to Vortex to help us make the front door at our business quieter. John came out the day after I called and provided so much helpful information about making adjustments to several of the noisy doors, including suggesting an automatic closer for the front door. He was knowledgeable, extremely courteous and truly demonstrated a desire to be of service. The following day, Jordan came and installed the closer and our front door has been magically silent ever since! Jordan even noticed that the seal around the door was missing so he sealed it for us and didn't even charge extra. I am so impressed by the technical prowess and helpful demeanor of both John and Jordan. Amy in the office was very helpful too, acknowledging my concerns and accommodating us so quickly. I highly recommend Vortex Doors!

I have met with Jose B, a few times now, including today. Always professional, respectful, knowledge on the task at hand. People like Jose are hard to come by, he deserves the recognition.

Jose and Seth came out and fixed our door that's been slamming for awhile. They installed it the correct way. Made sure we walked around to ensure there were no issues before they left! Class act! Very professional and courteous! Kudos gentleman. Job well done.
