The doors at my office are old and in need of repair. Vortex responded immediately & had a technician, David, at my office in under an hour. The technician was not able to fix the problem this trip but I feel that he exhausted every effort to do so. He also took the time to make sure everything else with the door was in working order. He also took the time to explain what the problem was and what could be done to fix it. He was extremely nice and professional as well.
