Had to have a window replaced at work, Daniel G and Wade got it done quickly and professionally, hopefully I don't need to have anymore windows replaced but if I do I know who I'm going with!

We've been long time customers with Vortex. Matt did a great job repairing our commercial glass entry doors and adjusting the closers. The office staff did a good job handling my call and I was able to get a repair appointment next day! Service completed well within time frame expected. So glad to see Matt come back- he helped us last time and did another terrific job. Thanks Vortex!!

Im a retired general contractor and just me that JJ and Jose Velasquez were Extremely friendly and very professional Were able to diagnose the issue in record time and repair And thanks JJ came up with a great idea to save time from removing the door. Will definitely use Vortex in the future.

Ramon is friendly and great at what he does! I'll be a Vortex Dallas customer for life! Follow that up with glass install by Lloyd, I'm happy this afternoon too! Great team at Vortex Dallas.
