Quick Service and very knowledgeable in what was going on and how to fix the problem. Adam, went above and beyond to even fix a minor problem on a door outside the original quote.

They charge you for estimates and there prices are high. But there work is always great. Worth the extra cost.

Ryan and Oscar did a very thorough and excellent job in repairing both of our doors. All the parts were cleaned and lubricated and are now working perfectly. Thanks very much.

We are an apartment complex in Boulder and used Vortex for the first time yesterday. They sent a technician out the same day to fix our garage door. Sam Vasquez was a pleasure to work with and stayed until the job was done. He also reprogrammed all of our resident's remotes. We will definitely be using Vortex moving forward.
