Full disclosure, I am an employee of Vortex: I believe in this company of 85 years, and have dedicated over 15 years of service because of it. This is a great company that works hard to win the needs and hearts of the employees and customers. Always a pleasure!

Ken and Paul came out and installed a new opener on our old bay door. This door was extremely heavy and had multiple obstacles yet they were extremely friendly and professional and able to overcome it in a days work. They worked well together and were nonstop going yet they still took the time to make sure everything they touched was clean and stout.

We called this team out to patch some fencing on our property. Mario and Hector were easy to work with and did a great job patching our fences up.

John was amazing and so professional, we were very impressed with his service call. Thank you John, we appreciate your help!
