John was able to repair the door to our preschool perfectly. He not only fixed the door but coordinated around nap times for our students, helped us navigate the warranty issues of parts and was overall incredibly helpful and efficient

Vortex Doors came out and was nothing but excellent service. Michael, the technician was very detailed about the problem at hand, explained the situation, and plans to fix the problem.
