My Vortex service technician named John Melton was able fix the problem a broken garage door roller and replaced a busted swing arm on the office door quickly. It was also nice that his truck was well stocked and did not have to run around looking for parts or supplies.

On 10/11, Marcos and R.C. Were scheduled to install a new door on the elevator equipment room. They were extremely professional and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We feel very comfortable working with Vortex and are very pleased with the finished product.

Ralph was our tech. He arrived on time and was very professional. He made sure that I tested the doors out to make sure I was happy with his work. Never felt rushed and explained everything in detail so I could understand and relay back to our corporate headquarters. I would highly recommend this company and a bonus if Ralph arrives!

John was quick with repairing the door and got here in a quick time to get us set up and back in working order!
