Our techs (Dallas, BT, and Levi) did an amazing job installing our loading dock. Highly recommend them & Vortex .

Window broke on the 29th of November they came by that day and measured it. So good so far right? Well its been 20 days and still no window. They came by one other time to measure again and now I'm left in the cold. Their window repair department has failed at every turn. Hope they eventually show up.
They did this job but not in a timely manner.
We did however need another window about a year later and this one went much better.
I would recommend them at this point.

Brandon and Ryan got our new roll up door installed quickly and cleaned up right after. Very happy with the results.

We were in urgent need of a dock lift repair and called several other companies that were unable to help. Daniel and Zack showed up same day, ordered a forklift and completed a complicated repair same day. Amazing service.

They were on time. Made repairs to our doors quickly and also pointed out some areas of concern. Did not push or try to make an upsell. Extremely friendly and helpful tech. We have used them before and this is consistent with all other service and product they have done for us.
