Cameron re-set two fobs, a small job but it took a bit of time. He was friendly, courteous and had a great smile. Vortex was cooperative as to how I preferred to pay the bill. From first contact to last it was a good experience.

These guys helped me out when I was in a bad spot. Saturday night. One of my plumbers broke my rollup door and I needed somebody for an emergency to repair my door
The service technician showed up Saturday night in a few hours, and had my door operable within two hours.

Irving and Dymitry were AMAZING!!! Payed attention to detail and noticed that the door was not fully aligned and they took their time to align is without us mentioning. Only reason I point this level of attention is due to having many other vortex technicians come out and just do what they had to do and leave. Knowing that they were going to get paid regardless. They also both had GREAT communication skills as well as their customer service!!

Jose did a great job getting our door back in order. Efficient and quick work.

John and Cory were at our worksite to fix multiple issues with our hangar doors. We have had other companies out for these repairs and they were stumped. Outside of needing some parts to order, Vortex doors were able to solve 90% of our issues. Very professional, knowledgeable, and worked with very high safety standards. Will definetly be reaching out to Vortex for any issues we have in the future.

Big John and little John ( jonathon) are very hard working individuals the work with very little supervision and will let you know needs to be repaired. I highly recommended vortex doors.
