We reached out to Vortex to help us make the front door at our business quieter. John came out the day after I called and provided so much helpful information about making adjustments to several of the noisy doors, including suggesting an automatic closer for the front door. He was knowledgeable, extremely courteous and truly demonstrated a desire to be of service. The following day, Jordan came and installed the closer and our front door has been magically silent ever since! Jordan even noticed that the seal around the door was missing so he sealed it for us and didn't even charge extra. I am so impressed by the technical prowess and helpful demeanor of both John and Jordan. Amy in the office was very helpful too, acknowledging my concerns and accommodating us so quickly. I highly recommend Vortex Doors!

If I could give this place a 10 star review I would. We (Pioneer Title Agency in Tempe) have been having issues with our door for years. It was so bad that we couldn't even lock the door from the outside and could barely even close it. I requested bids from door companies to have it repaired. Bryan with Vortex doors came out (very professional) and not only looked at the door but explained in detail what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. I wouldn't have known the difference so he could have told us we needed a new door but he said no we can fix this one. He sent me a bid the next day, I got approval and he ordered the necessary parts. (Wow what a fair price) Jose, the technician that came out was wonderful! He explained what he was doing and went to work. Our door has never worked better. It works better now than when it was first put in!! THANK YOU VORTEX FOR BEING SO AMAZING!!!

We had a 14'x10' roll-up door break. Johnny M and Ralph R installed a new door for us. Awesome job! the guys were very professional, courteous, and informative regarding our breakage and what to expect with the new door. Our company has used Vortex in the past for standard maintenance checks and have always had good service. Highly recommend.

A service call was placed around 10 this morning. A technician was dispatched. Our problem with our door was fixed by noon time. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Thanks.
