Meredith, Dani and the team at Vortex have been the MOST responsive contractor I have ever worked with! We switched to Vortex almost 2-years ago for a million dollar homes community that I manage in the tech center after several contractors that would 'fit us in when they could' and provided less than sub-par service. Vortex has always been responsive, professional, courteous and still takes my calls when they are just as frustrated with the access system as I am. I'm a Building Engineer and use these guys all the time. They are my number one go to vendor for any and all types of door repairs. I've read on some other reviews that they are too expensive but I have not found that they are over priced at all. You get what you pay for, most doors and entrances are heavily used and you want to hire quality repairmen/women when you really need the job done right. They are always quick to respond with lots of insight as to how to fix, repair, and prevent future breakdowns. Never had any issues with a door or entryway breaking down again after they have repaired it and all their work has stood the test of time. I highly recommend their services and even though I can choose from many other local and national vendors in the area, I always prefer Vortex when I need the job done quickly, properly, and without future issues.

If I could give this place a 10 star review I would. We (Pioneer Title Agency in Tempe) have been having issues with our door for years. It was so bad that we couldn't even lock the door from the outside and could barely even close it. I requested bids from door companies to have it repaired. Bryan with Vortex doors came out (very professional) and not only looked at the door but explained in detail what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. I wouldn't have known the difference so he could have told us we needed a new door but he said no we can fix this one. He sent me a bid the next day, I got approval and he ordered the necessary parts. (Wow what a fair price) Jose, the technician that came out was wonderful! He explained what he was doing and went to work. Our door has never worked better. It works better now than when it was first put in!! THANK YOU VORTEX FOR BEING SO AMAZING!!!

My facility had a broken door hinge. Edward came out in a timely manner, explained to me why the door hinge broke off and replaced it quickly. From the call to completion of the job was about 3 hours. Quick service

Awesome repair, could not get other 2 company's there for 2 to 8 weeks. our manager called me, I called Vortex set an appointment for next day. I was informed it would be the day after. The tech's were there fixed the door to normal operation. GREAT JOB!!
