Wesley and Joey did a great job. They even worked on a door that just broke. They got the door temperary working until parts come in.

Chris from Vortex!.... the only human voice that actually answered when I needed a 5x5 commercial window....I called ALL OF FT WORTH and nobody answered until I worked my way down the list and called Vortex...Exceptional service, kept me updated and shared his vast knowledge about installation. Francisco arrived on property and quickly got to work on repairing a lobby door that needed repairs. Previously, three other technicians attempted to repair the door and all were unsuccessful. Francisco diligently inspected the door and various parts, made the needed repairs and then followed through with several others related repairs that he had discovered while troubleshooting. Professional, solid repair skills and most importantly to our business: got the job done. Thank you, sir!

Tyler and Manny did a great job. Our gate was broken at my job and when they came it did not take them very long to fix it, they were both very polite, professional and fixed the problem pretty fast. I highly recommend them and We will definitely be using them again
