If I could give this place a 10 star review I would. We (Pioneer Title Agency in Tempe) have been having issues with our door for years. It was so bad that we couldn't even lock the door from the outside and could barely even close it. I requested bids from door companies to have it repaired. Bryan with Vortex doors came out (very professional) and not only looked at the door but explained in detail what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. I wouldn't have known the difference so he could have told us we needed a new door but he said no we can fix this one. He sent me a bid the next day, I got approval and he ordered the necessary parts. (Wow what a fair price) Jose, the technician that came out was wonderful! He explained what he was doing and went to work. Our door has never worked better. It works better now than when it was first put in!! THANK YOU VORTEX FOR BEING SO AMAZING!!!

We have been having issues with our front door. Cody came in, was incredibly professional, efficient and kind! Took his time to ensure everything was done properly and left in working order.

Daniel Castro is always awesome when I call for service for my client. Quick to respond and communicative. I would recommend Vortex Doors very highly.

Wyatt was on time and did a great job. He identified an issue and was able to do the repair and even had the part in his truck.

At work we had 4 or different 5 contractors work on our door over the last 2 years. It was crooked and not adjusted right and the latch would not engage leaving it unlocked which could be dangerous. Finally these guys fixed our headaches and so far it hasn't come back. Thank you Miguel and Luis!

Paz and Miguel came in today 3/15/23 they were awesome as always. Very friendly and kind couldn't ask for more! They fixed the Gate issue right away and they always do an excellent job! If anyone needs service from these guys they are top notch! Best of the best!!! 10 stars for Paz and Miguel!!!!!

Justin and Colton came and took great care of us here at The Crossings at Gresham Station. Our trash room door was malfunctioning and these guys were on top of it right away and got us back to action. Thank you guys!!!
