I called Vortex this morning, provided my company's information and address. The receptionist who answered was polite and told me a tech would call on there Arrival, to which Vincent did. I met with Vincent outside, clean and professional appearance in both himself and vehicle. I explained the issues with both the gate and bay door. Vincent quickly assessed the problem, suggested some technical expertise and resolved the problem quickly. Now my business can go back to normal operation safely. Thank you Vincent and Vortex for your quick and professional service.

I manage an apartment building and recently, one of our exterior doors stopped latching properly. Called Vortex and they were great. They sent us a quote (an accurate quote) and within just a few days, a couple techs were out fixing the door. Mateo and RJ were awesome. They had the new latch installed in no time. They were also just super cool guys. Very communicative and professional. We will definitely use Vortex again!

Irving and Dymitry were AMAZING!!! Payed attention to detail and noticed that the door was not fully aligned and they took their time to align is without us mentioning. Only reason I point this level of attention is due to having many other vortex technicians come out and just do what they had to do and leave. Knowing that they were going to get paid regardless. They also both had GREAT communication skills as well as their customer service!!

Nigel and Kevin have always done a wonderful and prompt job on our doors. We appreciate them and their hard work.

Jose was very professional and had everything fixed in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend him and his company to others and use them again in the future.

Eric and Ismael were super kind and efficient. Another company installed a door at our warehouse, poorly, which caused us to shut our business down for a few hours. We called Vortex to come and fix the door for us, within an hour they were here and these guys knew what they were doing, fixed all the issues, and got us back in business quickly.
I really appreciate the professionalism, efficiency and knowledge.

John and Johnathan came out and were excellent. Knew their stuff and helped us straight away. Wouldn't hesitate to have those guys back out!!!

Nigel and Kevin helped us tremendously today. We had a couple issues with some doors in our space that were hindering our member experience, but not any more thanks to Nigel and Kevin. Whenever we see them on the schedule to be here, we know our problems will be solved. Thanks again fellas!

Another gate issue. But I wasn't stressed out this time because I know where to call.
Vortex was the one. Eddie and Robert came and fixed the problems and done. I'm glad now I know where to call and not wasting time other companies trying to get a quotation. Thank you, Eddie and Robert!
