He also took it upon himself to replace the "pull" sticker on the front of the door because he didn't like that the old one was faded. A great value added to the service at no cost. Thank you David. We've had an issue with our door slamming shut for a while and luckily a sales woman with Vortex just happened to walk into our shop the other day. I let her know we would love someone to come out as soon as possible if they could, and they sent out Daniel the next morning. WOW! So fast and great service. Daniel identified the problem within a few seconds of seeing our door and immediately went to work replacing the faulty piece. He was very professional and knowledgeable. So grateful for companies that make doing business with them easy and painless. Will be recommending them to everyone we know!

I asked Ralph if he could look at another door we were having a problem with and gladly looked at it and fixed that problem also. He was considerate of the phone ringing and try to work around when sales men were not on the phone.

Very professional installation. There are no wires showing and he expanded the system to which made it easier. Would recommend them to anyone asking.
