I had the wind smash the glass out of the entry door of my business. I called Vortex. The tech arrived to board it up within a couple hours and the glass was installed a couple days later. He also switched out our hinges and installed a closer. He was a real craftsman with extreme pride in his work. I could not be more impressed.

Had my door not work and had Mario and Hector come out. Great customer service thumps up guys thank you!

We switched to using Vortex at my property after not being happy with the previous company. They have been great! All of our jobs are completed in a timely fashion, when ever we call in the customer service is always excellent. We look forward to continue using Vortex for all of our property needs!

I've had a great experience with Vortex. Their customer service rep was able to answer every question I had and scheduled a technician to come out swiftly. Christian came onsite today and blew me away by how knowledgeable he was about fixing the issue I had with an emergency exit door that was no longer opening. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue, provided more clarity on how this occurred, and ways to avoid this from reoccurring going forward. His customer service and professionalism stood out to me. I wish more service technicians were like this. He just raised the bar for every technician out there!!
