We were having issues with our overhead doors and I decided to give Vortex a try, since our last service provider didn't, or couldn't, fix the issue. Once I called, they had two guys here within in an hour. Adam and Randall, with Vortex, are extremely professional, informative and courteous. They fixed all of our doors, explained what they did and made sure I was satisfied with the job before signing off on it.
This is the type of company I like to do business with. Without hesitation, I signed up for a service contract with Adam to come out here a few times a year. Additionally, it's great to know that if anything happens on the off hours, Vortex has someone on call 24/7.
I've dealt with quite a few overhead door companies in the past and I can say that Vortex is by far the best I've used and I look forward to a long lasting relationship between our two companies.
