This review is long overdue, we have a very large garage door that was poorly designed (by a different company) which has caused it to break many times. At this point I've met pretty much every tech they have and their whole team is great and has always been fair, efficient, and honest. I want to give a big thank you to John who has helped get our door functioning correctly over multiple different failures and we just had Brad come out who was just as great. We also had an issue with our front door which I didn't initially call about but they went a step above and fixed that too. Thank you for always going above and beyond.

Donald provided excellent service today! He knew right away how to go about fixing our door, replaced the piece in a timely manner, was considerate towards our clients as they walked in and out of class. He asked my opinion throughout the process and had me test it out at the end making sure I was satisfied with the work. Went above and beyond! So happy with the job! Hope we get Donald again if we ever need! Thanks vortex!
