The workers, Kevin & Carlos were so awesome while @ my local Anytime Fitness in Kyle. They were respectful to members coming in & out to the door while they worked on it. They ALSO FIXED IT! YES!

Vortex Doors does quality work. Pricing is fair. Communication is excellent. They do a good job of making sure they have all the necessary information when coming out in advance of starting the job, then send multiple updates while waiting for parts. We have had rollup door repairs and new rollup installations and a standard steel door installed and all are still working great. I would recommend Vortex for industrial door services.

Ryan did an excellent job fixing the doors at Anzios Pizza. He was professional, & efficient. He arrived on time & got the job done ! These doors are working perfectly now, I highly recommend Vortex for your door installations and repairs!

Today was no exception when we called in an emergency work order as Ryan and Pablo were going home. The response time was first class. Anthony worked very carefully and patiently to fix our broken roll-up door. He also try to repair the old door as much as possible to avoid replacing a new door. The job was perfectly done.

Aurelio and Ray were awesome, extremely professional and super helpful! They were very knowledgeable with a positive attitude and took their time with repairs. Vortex, give these guys a raise! They were nothing short of amazing.

Irving and Dymitry were AMAZING!!! Payed attention to detail and noticed that the door was not fully aligned and they took their time to align is without us mentioning. Only reason I point this level of attention is due to having many other vortex technicians come out and just do what they had to do and leave. Knowing that they were going to get paid regardless. They also both had GREAT communication skills as well as their customer service!!
