Big John and little John ( jonathon) are very hard working individuals the work with very little supervision and will let you know needs to be repaired. I highly recommended vortex doors.

Sheldon was very professional and not at all pushy in trying to get me to immediately adopt a long-term solution for my front office door. He showed me how to make a small adjustment to the door on my own, which allows me time to get funding to have the door fixed permanently. He didn't charge me for the visit, and he also advised me to check with the property owner to see if the property management agreement would cover part of the cost of the permanent fix. When it comes time to get the door fixed for good, I will definitely call Vortex! Highly recommended!
