Couldn’t be happier with the service we were provided! Anthony was very knowledgeable about the issues we faced and how to correct difficult problems. He was diligent about finding solutions for our equipment, and even gave us helpful tips to upkeep their functionality. Anthony went out of his way to provide us with quality service. For all this we are very grateful to have him as a resource for our office!

Mario went above and beyond, to make sure our door will open correctly, and when a piece was responding intermittently, he replace the entire button, and not just the battery. Thank you Mario

Henry was able to fix our commercial front door with a panic bar latch that wasn't latching and a closer that was shot. The door is quite old and there was a lot of corrosion in the mechanisms. He was a pleasure to work with and exhibited the expertise needed - the door is closing and latching well now.

We have always called Vortex on all of our door needs. Dylan and Marcus were our technicians today. Not only did they find a unique part for an older door they provided quick and friendly service at a fair price.

Jason was very thorough, did above and beyond troubleshooting with previous work orders pending and door recommendations. He was very professional and pleasant to work with.
