I had the pleasure of meeting Jake today as he helped install a metal door for my office. He did a great job on the project and everything is looking great as well as the door in working order. His professionalism and demeanor reflected how long he has been working for this company and the work he does is the cherry on top. He went a love and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Definitely recommend!

The team at Vortex Door is friendly, prompt and professional. As a project manager of several secure commercial buildings, I've required same day service for overhead door repairs on several occasions and Vortex has been the best fit for nearly 20 years. I have always been extremely satisfied with both the technicians work and the office scheduling service and accounting personnel. Even if the part(s) need(s) to be ordered and full repair at a later date, the technician secures the site and will make it manually operational if possible. Happy to be a partner with this great company!

Henry was able to fix our commercial front door with a panic bar latch that wasn't latching and a closer that was shot. The door is quite old and there was a lot of corrosion in the mechanisms. He was a pleasure to work with and exhibited the expertise needed - the door is closing and latching well now.
