Aurelio and Ray were awesome, extremely professional and super helpful! They were very knowledgeable with a positive attitude and took their time with repairs. Vortex, give these guys a raise! They were nothing short of amazing.

Patrick from the West Valley location was extremely helpful and efficient! He was able to fully diagnose two problematic commercial door issues, one of which we have had looked at multiple times by other technicians. The workers, Kevin & Carlos were so awesome while @ my local Anytime Fitness in Kyle. They were respectful to members coming in & out to the door while they worked on it. They ALSO FIXED IT! YES!

Irving and Dymitry were AMAZING!!! Payed attention to detail and noticed that the door was not fully aligned and they took their time to align is without us mentioning. Only reason I point this level of attention is due to having many other vortex technicians come out and just do what they had to do and leave. Knowing that they were going to get paid regardless. They also both had GREAT communication skills as well as their customer service!!

Anthony worked very carefully and patiently to fix our broken roll-up door. He also try to repair the old door as much as possible to avoid replacing a new door. The job was perfectly done.
