Henry and Greg did a great job here at our facility , they both made our door work like new all while following our security protocols.

We were in urgent need of a dock lift repair and called several other companies that were unable to help. Daniel and Zack showed up same day, ordered a forklift and completed a complicated repair same day. Amazing service.

It is above & beyond, that you get from this team! Kevin & Carlos really locked in & fixed a previous disaster that was left for them. They communicated there struggles but never gave up on it. We are so grateful for getting the right guys!

Anthony worked very carefully and patiently to fix our broken roll-up door. He also try to repair the old door as much as possible to avoid replacing a new door. The job was perfectly done.

I manage an apartment building and recently, one of our exterior doors stopped latching properly. Called Vortex and they were great. Chris Gomez came out to our United health group facility today and promptly diagnosed the issue with our roll up door. He was polite, communicative and very professional. Hey got the parts ordered and hopefully they send him back out to put in the part.

Eric and Ismael were super kind and efficient. Another company installed a door at our warehouse, poorly, which caused us to shut our business down for a few hours. We called Vortex to come and fix the door for us, within an hour they were here and these guys knew what they were doing, fixed all the issues, and got us back in business quickly.
