Chason is my point of contact and if i cant reach him Tiffany she will make sure things get done. i have never had any problems and they have been good to our business for the past 12yrs.

Vortex is very responsive to service calls but often falls short when it comes to getting quotes for work to be preformed. And they do like to put their decals/stickers on yours doors. They have Push/Pulls ones they will often use, but it's really just a marketing trick as it also has their name and phone number listed. As long as they don't leave those decals at my locations I'll continue to use them for service. They are my go to repair service for doors, etc.

Had ADA Automatic Door openers installed on doors in the senior living community I run. Vortex was quick to have someone come out and give me a quote and they were excellent with communicating from beginning to end. Very transparent about everything during the entire process. The pricing is also very competitive. We will be working with them for any future doors needs and I highly recommend. Thanks Team Vortex!!!

Fixed patio out door that didn't open for over 20 years. Super friendly, quick and efficient!

On August 3, 2021, a technician from Vortex Industries identified as Andy arrived at our hotel to repair 9 guest room doors. This technician went above and beyond the call of duty and fixed all our doors in one visit. As a hotel manager for over 20 years, Andy is by far one of the most professional technicians I've worked with throughout my career. His expertise in repairing doors is amazing and his timeliness in completing the repairs is remarkable. Andy should be commended on his outstanding work, his expertise in the field and his exceptional guest service!! Hopefully this technician can mentor others at Vortex to match his exceptional service!
