David S came by to repair our commercial door. Had it quoted and repaired in 30 minutes. AWESOME! He also took it upon himself to replace the "pull" sticker on the front of the door because he didn't like that the old one was faded. A great value added to the service at no cost. Thank you David. Vortex was one of three companies we contacted for a quote to have our back doors worked on. Vortex was willing to have a representative come out and see the job first hand and provide guidance on the project. Devon was on time and quick to provide a simple solution. Within a couple days we received a quotation and a follow up phone call to make sure we were understanding of the quote and work to be done. Josette made sure to work out the schedule and always responded to inquiries quickly. The technician that was dispatched, Ralph, was great. Ralph was on time, precise, efficient and professional. The project took several hours to complete. Ralph did not waste on minute. Make sure to ask for Ralph to work on your project. You can not be disappointed by his efforts. We strongly encourage you to consider Vortex for your door repairs and installs. Do not waste time trying to get a "better" quote or "deal". In the end, they are simply the best.

Belair Sitework Service called vortex out for a broken door , used them before did the job no complaints . But this time Dan our technician was second to none . Very friendly and very knowledgeable . Went above and beyond what i was expecting and from now on will only request him . I highly recommend other people to request him as well that guy is good . Give him a raise!!!!!

I've been using Vortex for the last three years and have no plans to use another service . Their techs are very knowledgeable and their scheduling personnel are polite and professional.
