I called Vortex this morning, provided my company's information and address. The receptionist who answered was polite and told me a tech would call on there Arrival, to which Vincent did. I met with Vincent outside, clean and professional appearance in both himself and vehicle. I explained the issues with both the gate and bay door. Vincent quickly assessed the problem, suggested some technical expertise and resolved the problem quickly. Now my business can go back to normal operation safely. Chris Gomez came out to our United health group facility today and promptly diagnosed the issue with our roll up door. He was polite, communicative and very professional. Hey got the parts ordered and hopefully they send him back out to put in the part.

The workers, Kevin & Carlos were so awesome while @ my local Anytime Fitness in Kyle. They were respectful to members coming in & out to the door while they worked on it. They ALSO FIXED IT! YES!

Irving and Dymitry were AMAZING!!! Payed attention to detail and noticed that the door was not fully aligned and they took their time to align is without us mentioning. Only reason I point this level of attention is due to having many other vortex technicians come out and just do what they had to do and leave. Knowing that they were going to get paid regardless. They also both had GREAT communication skills as well as their customer service!!

Cory and Tristian were amazing to work with. They kept us informed through the whole process and were extensive professional.

Henry and Greg did a great job here at our facility , they both made our door work like new all while following our security protocols.
