If you’re looking for quality work on overhead doors and gate operators then look no further than Vortex!!! Vortex has serviced us at FedEx for 15 years and never let us down! Today was no exception when we called in an emergency work order as Ryan and Pablo were going home. The response time was first class. I also need to mention Rob and Breanna put it all together and made it happen. Great teamwork!!!! From all of us at FedEx we thank you!!!

Cory and Tristian were amazing to work with. They kept us informed through the whole process and were extensive professional.

Nigel and Kevin helped us tremendously today. We had a couple issues with some doors in our space that were hindering our member experience, but not any more thanks to Nigel and Kevin. Whenever we see them on the schedule to be here, we know our problems will be solved. Thanks again fellas!

Chris Gomez came out to our United health group facility today and promptly diagnosed the issue with our roll up door. He was polite, communicative and very professional. Hey got the parts ordered and hopefully they send him back out to put in the part.

Vortex Doors does quality work. Pricing is fair. Communication is excellent. They do a good job of making sure they have all the necessary information when coming out in advance of starting the job, then send multiple updates while waiting for parts. We have had rollup door repairs and new rollup installations and a standard steel door installed and all are still working great. I would recommend Vortex for industrial door services.

The workers, Kevin & Carlos were so awesome while @ my local Anytime Fitness in Kyle. They were respectful to members coming in & out to the door while they worked on it. They ALSO FIXED IT! YES!

Luis and Alex did a great job fixing our door to the entrance of the store. They also provided excellent customer service. We are so happy with the service that was provided.
