Jason was great excellent, walked through with what was repairs and tips on how to maintain the roll up door

Jon did a great job fixing our pocket door. I was concerned he'd have to rip into the wall to fix the door but nope! He even cleaned up after himself which is rare now days.

Ken Keeland from Vortex came today and repairs two doors that were sagging from one of our tenants. He did a fantastic job. He was professional and polite. He made sure that it was to my satisfaction. This is the second time Vortex has done work on the our property and we are very happy with their work. We will continue to use them and will recommend them.

Today Tray and Johnathan with Vortex, showed up to repair our broken entrance gates. They were on time and very professional. After checking the damage, they took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done and how they would do it. Watching them while they were doing the repairs, they would measure twice and cut once'if you know what I mean, very professional! When they were done, the gates are operating perfectly, I'm very satisfied with their work!

Ryan and tray just helped us with our front doors of our hotel that had been having problems for months. Thanks for all the help from them.
