Very impressed with Vortex. After searching for a company who could troubleshoot a specialty door, we found Vortex online. They were able to come out the same day and fix the issue right away. Once the appointment was made we received a call letting us know when they would arrive. We received a call once the job was complete asking if we were satisfied. You don't find that with many companies anymore so that was impressive.

First time i tried them have a problem with our magnetic door locks David Vargas the service tech was very professional very easy going and really good at what he does ..what else can you ask for, definitely recommended

This was our first time using Vortex for our business, as we have always used Andy's Door/Lock in the past.
I loved that I could request an appt through their website...and the response time was fast and friendly. Our tech was prompt, also very friendly, highly skilled and efficient...he even checked over the whole door, not just the part he repaired. He even did a detailed cleaning after he was finished. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Vortex...I was very impressed...and we will use them in the future every time..
