The technicians Henry and Greg were friendly and helpful.

The best commercial door repair company in the greater Seattle area, hands down. I am the manager of a 24-story high rise in the first hill neighborhood, with lots of door issues. They have been amazing getting my doors to be operational, pre me other door companies would come out and keep charging to fix the issue. Vortex recommended long term options that have worked for the building. Just today I called with my front entry door not working, the manager volunteered to come out tomorrow and repair it. Vortex doors arrived to take a look at an ongoing door issue at our clinic. I was pleased to see they were able to detect the problem quickly and to keep us informed on what the next steps would be. Corey and Brian were very respectful and efficient with their work and explained everything very clearly.

John and team were very helpful in identifying an issue with our door that was as a result of the foundation, rather than the door itself. We were able to work with Vortex and our landlord to get the issue resolved. Vortex went out of their way to do right by us as a customer and also to ensure that the repair was done in a way that would prevent the issue from happening again. As a small business, these details matter. Would recommend!

Wonderful people with great work ethic. Had have some service done and was already happy with their service. Notified of a minor issue (rather room to improve area), they sent technician immediatly the same day and fixed if free of cost. What could be better... probably the price, but again, I am happy with some premium price for a premium service. All in all, thank you Vortex @ Centennial folks. Will go nowhere else when in need of any door service.
