The technician who showed up today did a great job! Friendly, response, and resourceful. Went above and beyond what our other vendor did, or didn't do. Spencer saved my day today. After getting locked out of my business by a luckily failed break in attempt, and after I called 4 other locksmiths in the area and was not successful to get someone to help me out . I Called Vortex and suddenly they showed up and was helped by Spencer who opened the door, switched out the locks, added guards and re-keyed a lock for me. And addressed some issues. Turnaround time was fast and no issues with the locks after. Will definitely call Vortex for my door services (which will come soon as discussed). Thanks again Spencer and Vortex.

Brett was the technician sent by Vortex to our 8 story condo building. He replaced the hydraulic system that is attached to our keyless entry pad as well as our handicap push button. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. Brett also installed a smaller hydraulic bar on a side door. We would definitely use Vortex again and I would ask for Brett to be the service technician.
