Vortex was willing to have a representative come out and see the job first hand and provide guidance on the project. Devon was on time and quick to provide a simple solution. Within a couple days we received a quotation and a follow up phone call to make sure we were understanding of the quote and work to be done. Josette made sure to work out the schedule and always responded to inquiries quickly. The technician that was dispatched, Ralph, was great. Ralph was on time, precise, efficient and professional. The project took several hours to complete. Ralph did not waste on minute. Make sure to ask for Ralph to work on your project. You can not be disappointed by his efforts. We strongly encourage you to consider Vortex for your door repairs and installs. Do not waste time trying to get a "better" quote or "deal". In the end, they are simply the best.

I called in an emergency door repair at 3:30 pm on a Friday and they were able to get a tech on-site by 5 pm.
