Vortex was one of three companies we contacted for a quote to have our back doors worked on. Vortex was willing to have a representative come out and see the job first hand and provide guidance on the project. Devon was on time and quick to provide a simple solution. Within a couple days we received a quotation and a follow up phone call to make sure we were understanding of the quote and work to be done. Josette made sure to work out the schedule and always responded to inquiries quickly. The technician that was dispatched, Ralph, was great. Ralph was on time, precise, efficient and professional. The project took several hours to complete. Ralph did not waste on minute. Make sure to ask for Ralph to work on your project. You can not be disappointed by his efforts.
