Chris Gomez came out to our United health group facility today and promptly diagnosed the issue with our roll up door. He was polite, communicative and very professional. Hey got the parts ordered and hopefully they send him back out to put in the part.

Vortex crew was amazing to work with! From the from the field managers, office managers and technicians everyone are pleasant to talk to and very patient. I had a commercial door that didn't lock so good, thought it need to be replaced so I called vortex for a quote knowing a store front door isn't a cheap buy. When their field manager came to my store he told me that the door can be fixed and we don't need to replace it, in that moment I understood that they are a company that not try to push and sell you things you don't need but they actually come to help you and caring about your business. After that experience I used them to fixed 2 other doors and a bunch of metal shutters in the same plaza. The technician who arrive (Josef) was amazing, I was very impressed with all of his knowledge, he came, fix everything (even what seems to look like unfixable), and do so with good energies and a smile. The company I work for owning 4 different plazas and I hope nothing will ever brake but if something will I am feeling confident to have vortex number saved on my phone.

I love Vortex, they are one of my favorite vendors. They are responsive, informative and awesome at what they do. We have had several techs at our 7 properties over the years and I love them all. Big Rob, Kevin, Chad, Chris, Austin, Justin and Dave S. I know I am leaving someone out but they are all fantastic. The office staff that I work with, Mara and Carly are so friendly and schedule all of my service calls in a timely manner. They always keep me informed and get me any and all information needed to do my job and keep my Tenants happy and our buildings operating as they should. Thank you as always for the amazing service.

John and Cory were at our worksite to fix multiple issues with our hangar doors. We have had other companies out for these repairs and they were stumped. Outside of needing some parts to order, Vortex doors were able to solve 90% of our issues. Very professional, knowledgeable, and worked with very high safety standards. Will definetly be reaching out to Vortex for any issues we have in the future.

John was able to repair the door to our preschool perfectly. He not only fixed the door but coordinated around nap times for our students, helped us navigate the warranty issues of parts and was overall incredibly helpful and efficient
