Vortex has come out to Panera and fixed our front doors on two separate occasions. The original hinges on the doors were weak and eventually broke. They replaced our hinges and the doors are solid, no more sagging. Dylan did a great job, very professional and got the job in a timely manner.

Second time was an emergency situation when our big loading zone door got stuck (this was during really bad weather too - it was rainy, windy and cold) and their Customer Service manager Jennifer Audon was so helpful.
