I work at Creo Montessori School in Gilbert, AZ. We have numerous exterior doors around the campus and when they are in need of maintenance we call Vortex. We have had multiple great technicians but request David to service our doors because he knows our campus and is a familiar face. He is always respectful, explains the work he did, answers all questions we have and goes above and beyond. David takes the time to share his recommendations and has never done work and charged us for something that was not approved. The office staff is always kind and helpful when scheduling David to come to our campus. We have never had an issue with billing and believe them to be very reasonably priced. I HIGHLY recommend Vortex!

My experience with Vortex was overall a great one! They sent a tech out same day - Wyatt was quick and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend their services.

Ltl driver wrecked our 12’ bay door at 3:30 pm. Vortex John was here by 4:15pm and had it functional by 5pm. Thought I was stuck here for the night. John was thorough and professional. Hopefully we’ll be having Vortex install a new door soon. Thanks Vortex, and thank you John

Work at an elementary school with a parking garage that has required multiple visits to get under control. Though they can be pretty backed up with requests, they clearly make an effort to come out as soon as possible. Some of the employees seem to take a few things for granted which leads to problems that they need to come back out to fix--such as not checking to make sure all door remotes are working properly--but there are some who are obviously good at what they do. In particular, Mario has always been courteous, quick, and thorough whenever he's out here on a call!
